I'm still Facebook free, I have weighed the risks with the benefits and I believe I'm already overexposed on message boards, in the general sense.

I try not to troll noobs.... well, maybe that's not entirely accurate, I probably would step over a fallen noob than squish him underfoot, but once in a while I might pretend not to see the noob stumbling and just flatten him out, no remorse. That's bad, isn't it?

oh well, like I say, I try not to troll noobs.

I dont troll noobs in general. I troll the ones that exude ignorance and refuse to learn. The bass natives as I call them....

But then again, I'm a noob by comparison to some of the people around here.

as am I, I think my comfort level in a lot of things I think I understand, is pretty high but when I'm pressed for certainty I throw in the caveat.

and I don't run into the bass natives nearly as much as I used to, perhaps I just don't frequent their particular haunts as much as I did as a younger man.

I'm not that adversarial, and not many put up that arrogance front when I start to explain where they have some faulty ideas.

maybe trolling isn't my area of expertise, or maybe I'm just oblivious that all I do is troll, troll troll...

They might say "don't try this at home" but nothing about not trying it at your friend's house.
