Kicker L7QB8. This is an extruded aluminum enclosure housing a Kicker QL8" woofer and 8" passive radiator.


Kicker IQ1000.5 five channel amp. It's rated at 65x4 and 500x1. It also has a built in DSP with all the usual stuff like 30 band eq, time alignment and crossovers per channel.


Kicker QSS674 component set in the front doors. On top is the factory 6x9's. Metra Ballistic sound dampening material was used here. I really have to thank the Nissan engineers for totally sealing the doors for me and not using stupid molex plugs in the door boots.

Drivers side tweeter install. They are mounted in the factory locations in the far corners of the dash.


Passenger side tweeter installed. Wire connections were covered in foam to help keep them together and from rattling in the dash.

What I like about it the most was no fabrication needed. I don't consider building speaker adaptors as fabrication.

I had no idea Kicker made an amp with a built in DSP. Everything about that Tweeq system reminds me of the old RF 360.? I used to have (the little silver-grey one with bluetooth). Speaking from memory but the GUI looks nearly identical.
