Yes I'm very interested in that as well. Will be interesting to see how the Brax compare to the Satori’s.

Tbh the brax have been chosen for the following reasons
1. Easier to tuck into a small corner and have a small enclosure for them
2. To be able to play higher up than the satori before beaming
3. I’ve used big mids because I like output and ease of getting that output… not sure if the brax will satisfy me for that
4. The other reason I used big mids was to play low enough to meet the under seats, with the change of tack and kick panels I don’t need to play down to 160ish hz
So special news time… I’ve had to hold my tongue about these… this is a first for the uk and maybe the world in public… but now I can have at it…
Sub swap… these are pre production samples that are built along very similar lines to the ae… but they have a slightly heavier cone, a longer 2” coil and don’t grumble when the user pushes them a bit too hard sub 20hz (that may just be me though! )
They also happen to be lovely looking subs with the copper coloured spacers and badges
They seem to do 5-20hz with more authority and level potential than the Acoustic Elegance ib15au that were a direct swap give or take 2mm extra on the diameter and also the terminals were not together like the ae…
The website will be live very shortly… get ready for some very unique and beautiful creations!

2014 F150 Limited -> Kenwood DDX-9907xr -> Helix DSP.2 -> Alpine PDX-V9 -> SI M25 mki in Valicar Stuttgart Pods, Rear SB17's, Sub SI BM MKV's in MTI BOX. Alpine PDX-F6 -> SI Tm65 mkIV, SI M3 mkI in Valicar Stuttgart Pods
Nooo… for some reason I didn’t put the website on… I copied it from my facebook page but took all the hashtags and branding off but forgot to put the important bit back

Geeky moment, now I have the textreme 6.5” in the kicks I felt the need to protect there beauty…
out comes the petg and the 3d printer, a bit of pc work in fusion 360 and away I go, 12hrs later a grill is fashioned
So the brax didn’t work out, put simply they didn’t keep up with the output levels I desire… so as you can see above the 6.5” textreme were put into the kicks and the 5” textreme were returned to the dash top… appetite for output satisfied!
the new arrangement is somewhat asymmetrical, the drivers side driver is pushed right to the bulkhead, and the passenger side driver is 1/3 of the way up the a pillar, both drivers are on axis, the result is a wide stage with depth to stage at the base of the screen ish, so in effect it’s kept the previous width but pushed the stage away… result!
also the mosconi aerospace 8-12 didn’t get sold and the ultra had an offer made, so off went the ultra and the mosconi was back in, I think I’ve sorted out it’s quirks and got a bit more used to the software
once the second grill has printed I will start on the fascia to fit over the remote in the centre console and the part that fits to the plastics around the gear knob 👍🏼
