Justin Zazzi and I (Doug Dobson will also be there) are going to the cars and coffee event at 8:30 am. It lasts until 10pm. We are going to grab lunch/coffee close by once we are done looking at all of the pretty cars.

Side note: For anyone from Phoenix, Justin and I are trying to get a same time same place monthly meetup for all of us sound quality friends. Example: Second Wednesday of the month at some restaurant at 6pm.
What day works best for you? Weekend or weekday is good.
I know I can't do Tuesday or Thursday because I teach college classes those nights.

I also have the green light for listening tests at the office on a weekend.

Sometime before June 24th for listening tests. I have back surgery on the 24th which will put more out of commission for a few weeks.

Out of all the meetups we've done. This is probably going to be one of the best.

We are going to be setting up some AB and ABX style listening tests to different DAC's, Speakers, Amps, etc.

A local business, thanks to @Justin Zazzi with a very nice listening room is allowing us to use their room to do this. Also, would probably interest some people just to tour this place.

We are going to meet up, do some fun tests, then go grab some food.

So far we have some different interfaces like motu m4, mixpre3, macbook pro to provide the signal.

That was a lot of fun! I'm glad my office was able to open up finally and let us enjoy some listening time.

We discovered Jdunk has an incredible ear and able to hear the difference between two amplifiers 10/10 times. We also discovered one of the amplifiers has a tone control that might not have been totally zero'd out and could have been part of it. We might have to repeat that one again, for science.

There are many more listening test things we'd like to do in the future and we will certainly have to do this again. I hope many more of you can join again next time.
