Seriously, though it's nice to have a crisp clean screen to be able to see where the volume and bass levels are at. It looks and feels like quality, with a nice aluminum knob... It toggles beautifully between settings. I am going to memorize the clicks and twists to change settings so I don't have to look at the screen while driving.
Helix should take notice of what MiniDSP puts out for $50. You guys know I have no love for Helix, and their Director has a screen from a prehistoric cell phone.
