Why do you need the dual 8ohm to get full potential out of a pdx-v9? It outputs the same amount at 2 ohms or 4ohms. Two dual 4 ohms can be wired indvidually in series or parallel and then the opposite together.
So if you run individually in series, that would give you 8ohms, then parallel together would give you 4 ohms final.
If you run parallel individual that would give you 2 ohms, then series together would give you 4 ohms final.
I have a pdx-v9 that I have running 2 stereo integrity bm mkv's and it will rattle my side mirrors. It is roughly 550w of power. To double that to 1100w would only give me a 3db increase in volume.
