So I was taking these photos to share on another bat thread, in another bat life, on some other bat forum. Well now I guess I'll share then with you guys...

I boiled my ribs in a broth of pepper, onion, and garlic for a half hour (flame suit on). Whereas it usually takes all day to get juicy, tender, fall off the bone ribs, these did just that in 2 hours!

I made myself a hifalutin basting brush out of parsley and cilantro. I tried it out on my unborn first!

The bones were actually catching in the grill and pulling out of the meat by the time I pulled them off.

Get out your pen and pad cause here is the last BBQ sauce recipe you'll ever need!

-1 part creole mustard or grey poupon (if you can afford it)
-3 parts natural and local honey
-Add just enough lime juice to make it runny and taste slightly sour.
    -Add salt to taste
-Add about a table spoon or two of liquid smoke (depending on batch size) What you have here is a good sweet and sour baste and glaze if you want it to be thicker and more like a traditional BBQ sauce:
-Add about a little more ketchup as you did mustard
-add brown sugar until desired BBQ sauce color is achieved.

I usually end up adding the ketchup and brown sugar. The brown sugar makes a nice crusty glaze on the meat when you baste frequently.
