that's pretty much it for now. I'm starting on the sub boxes later this week and I've got a few ideas dancing around in my head.

Your metal work and welds are clearly better than "enough to get buy". Kudos for what is looking like a very impressive build log! I couldn't help but notice the JL battery terminals that you selected. I use them as well and love them! Can't wait to see more progress.........
I have to agree! I am a fab-guy myself. Nice to see somebody who takes pride in his work! The "top installer in the country" (yea right) is right around the corner from my shop. I have seen his attempts at fabricated amp-racks. His look like a 4-yr old did it compared to yours! Nice job!
shit howdy that is nice work!
Note to self: learn to weld
Awesome work man!
You make it look easy!
Started on the passenger side sub enclosure.
Used paper templates to transfer the panel shapes over to 3/4" MDF.
masked everything off and stated glassing
10 layers of 1.5 oz mat later...
Wow, this is really solid. Fitting build for an FJ, it looks like the system would hold up to the gnarliest of rock climbs. I am also overdue for learning how to weld.
