    I had a Pioneer >10 years ago with the pico fuse problem, haven't owned another since.

    I will say that I like pioneer and have and in fact still do run a pio HU but I will say the pico fuse thing just baffles me, it honestly seems to serve no purpose aside from bringing in potential repair revenue.

    There is just a better way to provide protection to the shield, it IS there for a reason, they just picked the wrong component to use, and stuck with it.
