    2013 F-150 Ground Zero

This is a 90% Ground Zero build. The customer has had ProBox's before and had to have another. Besides that and the Kicker FrontRow, everything else is GZ.

    The truck

The system starts off with the factory Nav unit

Which means the factory amp had to stay.

So, I grabbed signal for the Kicker FrontRow at the factory amp.

    Stock rear door

After the GZ sound deadener went on.

    Ground Zero 5x7 coax

Ready to have the door panel put back on

    Factory front door

    Outside door skin

Layer of ML behind the speaker

    Start of inner door skin

    Front passenger door done

    Drivers side door done

Budget dictated factory tweeter locations. If you are familiar with these trucks, you know they suck.

    Moving on the back wall.

Mocked up ready to be wired. Not seen is the 3/4" mdf behind the factory cover.

    GZ Uranium passive crossovers

GZ Radioactive 4x100 amp and Kicker FrontRow.

    GZ Radioactive 1.600

    Overall shot of back wall.

ProBox 10" loaded prefab box. It gets loud, but sounds meh.....

    With the seat down

Overall the system is very dynamic. The Kicker FrontRow as crude as it is, is very effective at recreating a solid stage/image. It has a TON of bass with a twist of a knob. The FrontRow has 180* of phase adjustment, so I got the bass up front with ease. The GZ sound deadening material is a breeze to work with. Very flexible and super sticky.

I was wondering about that Kicker piece. Nice to hear it works to your customer's satisfaction.

For $250 retail, it does a really good job with a f/r/s system. It has true rear fill processing that works and the front left channel t/a is nice. Phase control on the sub is awesome too. It's not for us 1% guys, but works really well for the other 99%.
