Hello to all newbie to fourm on board!

Just trying how to do the whole "forum thing" ive never really ben a member on a forum,but ive ben around this industry ever since kicker had a picture of a mule on the dustcap and the cone was basicly white plastic. Ive seen the rise and fall of some incredible brands,and the rise and fall of some fly-by-night brands. I am excited to have the oppertunity to absorb all the knowledge i can from the members of this forum and maby provide a little(if its not too far over my head). As u can probably conclude from my title,i have an absolute passion for old school car audio. But not shallow enough to turn a blind eye to the very high quality products that some brands are delivering to the consumer year after year. And i dont know if i am the only one who believes this,but, it seems to me that maby,just maby, the excitment of car audio is making comeback. Anyway thanks for letting me babble on a little bit

Where in Louisiana are you? If it's not too far from Okc, we are having a HUGE g2g this Saturday. I'm guessing 25 cars minimum are going to be there and some are the finest in the country. You should try to make it out. Here's the link.
