Build is probably not going to come together as fast as expected, got some bills that take priority. Also, may not be going with a 4th order as the area I have to use for the port might not be big enough. Hoping to hear from the builder fairly soon.

4th order is officially off the table, the spot I wanted to port was not big enough. Looks like a ported enclosure is up to bat

Don't ask me how this happened, but my 230a alt is now going to be a 275a alt. I'm totally cool with this.

Put a little deadener in the trunk lid and front doors this weekend, not much but I only had 4 sheets. Definitely made a big difference, closing the trunk lid is less of a clang and more of a solid thunk. Doors are a bit firmer sounding as well.

Deposit has been made on the box, going with 2 Tantric HD 12" D2 woofers in a Starr Mountain Sound box with an octoport

Just spoke with Mike Singer of Singer Alternators, he said the original alternator that was built was the wrong size and the parts for the new alternator should be in next week.

Funny how 2-3 weeks turns in to 2+ months. Still waiting on the alternator.

It's just the name of the game I guess. Got a little bit of a power bump from 230 to 275 because of this ordeal, though!
