    Maximum Length Of SPDIF 75ohm Coax Between Head Unit and DSP?

    I'm thinking of going SPDIF out to my DSP and been reading up on maximum length of coax cable that should be used. At some of the professional recording forums I visited the maximum length that will prevent jitter is stated as 1 metre, (circa 40 inches). Anyone know if this is correct?
