    According to the article the only thing he didn’t do himself is the amp install and “system wiring”. Not sure what all that entailed but for 1999 & only doing a dual amp install and possibly speaker wiring $200 is pretty average. It’s hard to remember 23 years back but I’m pretty sure the shop I worked for then was about $50/hr so 4hrs for that job sounds about right.
