    Z's deck rehab

The culprit. Guilty of backed out nails and general crappy appearance

Plan is to reuse (flip) as much as possible. Using 10x3 deck screws, then pressure wash, sand, prime and finally coat with rustoleum rocksolid deck coat. This won't be a fast process cause I'm old and it's hotter'n blue blazes.

    Got a start yesterday

Still need to get 5 new boards. They will need to weather before sealer and paint, so going to finish out this part before replacing them.

Less than impressed with this paint, but we'll see how it looks after another coat

Looks good! Why sick with wood and not just pour some concrete? Doesn't look like it's more than a stair-height off the ground.

Thank you . Cost vs needed longevity. We are only ~$500 into this even buying tools. While I may have to paint it again, should outlast us.

Got last 5 boards today, might go screw em down later. Dunno, it's posed to be 107* today
