What's going on gentlemen! (and ladies too if y'all are present)
I'm new to this forum, but not to the craft. Music is the most important thing in my life. I've been in situations where friends and family weren't available or there, and always had music. I've played several instruments, I've produced music, engineered, mix and mastered, and installed; residentially and commercially. Above all, my favorite, car audio. I've been reluctant to join any forum purely for the fact that I see a lot of bullying or people pushing nonsense on the naïve when new and I'm not that type of enthusiast. I've checked this forum out a few times and it seems as if most are like minded individuals.
I know my way around the wires, but I'm not perfect and love to be a sponge on topics I've newly discovered. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, point blank. I didn't join the forum to push around knowledge of similar topics over and over. I came to learn about avenues I haven't quite perfected, or even discovered for that matter, and If I may be of some assistance along the way, then I'll be more than happy to help someone as someone will me. At the end of the day, I just love to install and I take pride my name being on my work. Hopefully, I can learn a few things and pick up some pointers along the way, enjoying my passion, and learning what I can while I can.
The only thing more contagious than positivity, is negativity.
Chris
Glad to meet y'all. Cheers
