Need custom 15" MDF rings made, any vendors you trust?

    Hey, all

I was wondering if anyone knows of a reputable vendor that can mill four 15" MDF rings for me. All the online searches I've done give me "universal" sizes, but I need specific outer & inner dimensions for my build.

Last week I contacted the shop I used for the same thing (but 10 years ago), but he now only works via an Ebay storefront.

I haven't heard back from him yet, so figured I should see if there's somewhere else to get the work done in case he's MIA.

    Thanks!
    HU: Pioneer P99 RS
    Front stage: HAT L1 V2, L3s, L8SEs
Subs: Image Dynamics IDQ15 D2 v2 in sealed 1.25 cu ft enclosure
Amps: JL HD 600/4 for tweeters & midrange / JL 600/4 for midbasses (bridged) / JL HD750/1 for subs

Look for a cabinet factory, a lot of them have cnc routers.

Anyone with a router and a brain should be able to do them for you, if you were in the U.K. I’d sort em for ya

Thanks, all. I ended up finding a shop in another state that'll do them for $60 shipped online; I called a local woodworking shop and they quoted me $600, lol.

They could've just said "Sorry, we don't do stuff like that, we're too busy making cabinets for mansions", but I guess they figured they'd see if I was a wealthy idiot. Maybe they need to pay off their CNC mill.

I used to run a cnc router at a cabinet factory, we did quite a few custom projects.
