Kinda stuck, adding a EQ and not sure which output time use

Want to add my EQ to my system, but, I have 3 outputs in my Kenwood deck, 1 is the sub and is LPF already, and the other 2 are front and rear, both HPF already, I'm not seeing a way to shut it off. How can I make this work, though the 13 band EQ in the receiver is nice, is still limited, anybody that knows anything, help please.

Which Kenwood deck do you have? On mine if you increase or decrease the crossover frequency all the way up or down it should select “through” which defeats the crossover.

You can just set the slope to 0db or to off normally in all hu I’ve seen, then if you need three sets of preouts you could get something like a dsp.3, but most people don’t generally use rears with a dsp and then go active with the front end instead, it will sound loads better that way
