Sub & Amp Suggestions (($450 budget))

I have a budget of $400 to $450 for a sub and amp (not including box). I already have a 15" box but if i need to build another one I will (12 or 2x12). I would like 1200 to 1500 watts RMS from both the sub and amp.
So far I've been looking at:
    AMPS:
    Audiopipe 1500 or 1800 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...PYFB15SG&psc=1
    Soundqubed S1-1250 https://soundqubed.com/product/s1-12...ock-amplifier/
    SKAR RP1200 or RP1500 https://www.skaraudio.com/products/r...-car-amplifier

    SUBS:
    Audiopipe TXX BDC4 15D2 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...2KCKEQV4&psc=1
    SKAR EVL-15 D2 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...1GQY516A&psc=1
    Soundqubed HS3.2 D2 https://soundqubed.com/product/hds3-...00w-subwoofer/

I was thinking of just pairing up the sub and amp from the respective companies but I really dont care, I just want the best for the budget I have
Also I'm already planning on upgrading my alternator. And I'm doing the BIG 3 with 1/0 tomorrow morning. This will be going in an 06 Scion XB.

Should I run 1 ohm or 2? I've had a couple systems in the past but that was a long time ago, and i never had anything at 1ohm. I just dont want to hurt any equipment if I can avoid it.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
