Lol....the court proceedings hadn't quite started yet on the PT Snoozer. People were genuinely excited for that pile of crap when it dropped. I used to be obsessed with Chrysler 300s back around this time. I wanted one on 20s with a full JL setup with Alpine headunit. Glad I didn't pull the trigger when I had some money.

I bought an HHR in 2007. Not a terrible car, interior materials were cheap though. One of the guys I worked with had a PT Cruiser. I always thought the HHR was a bit better looking and mine was infinitely more reliable than his car. It also got 5-8 mpg better than his PT Cruiser.

We have few HHRs at my company as pool cars. I drove one for several years. Never had any issue and it was relatively comfortable for 2-3 hour trips a couple times a week.
I'd never refer to it as a "classic" though.

My only gripe with the HHR is why on earth did GM decide to leave almost NO room behind the radio. Installed a PAC piece on the factory head unit to get a clean RCA out, and it took almost an entire afternoon to get the radio back in the that extra bit of harness attached.
