    recommend a 12

After reading some of the reviews and graphs here, I'm looking for some first hand experience. I have about 7 inches of depth, .93 cubes sealed, and 1k of powerat 1 ohm. Looking for a sub to get low and be musical. Some Volume would be nice as well. Budget wise I'd like to stay at $400 ish or obviously less is fine. Thank you!

DC Audio level 3, checks all the boxes. SSA Icon also checks them.

What amplifier is that? Curious what power output is at 2 and 4 ohms.

JL Tw3 12" fits the bill and is a great sub. Don't let the shallow depth part fool you, this thing has more xmax than a lot of "normal" depth subs. You could even go ported in your box size.

The adire 12" have 7.6" mounting depth and not 7"? Is 7" a hard limit?

You could also up your budget and get a audio frog gb12d2.

I could make a spacer ring, I was thinking about that. That's not a huge deal. But I've tried a GB 12 in that particular enclosure and didn't care for it. It's a great sub and I've heard it in all kinds of cars and always liked it. Just did not in my particular application
