NOOB needs help setting crossover points from passive to active

If you remove the passive crossovers from a 2-way component set, can you just set the crossover points to the same frequencies in the DSP when going active? Does it work that way?

That is normally a good starting point, however just try the tweeter phase both ways as if it’s 12db slopes the passive will be marked up the wrong way round for positive and negative on purpose for one driver so the drivers sum correctly

if it’s 18db either way will work, and 24db one way will work better than the other also... but this is due to the 24db slope crossover shifting phase by 180 degrees and so both drivers together sum back to normal when connected in phase with each other
