I feel a little cheated I had run some wire and needed them last week so I installed them but seriously the quality craftsmanship isnt even close

Can you call them and see what the deal is? It could have gotten in the wrong bin and sent to you by accident. From a non audio person I can see a fulfiller say "Eh looks the same to me"

tried their chat and was referred to email
emailed and was told this is exactly what you ordered
its not what I was looking at when I ordered
