    Did he run his work piece on the router in the wrong direction?

    Did this guy guide his work piece in the wrong direction? May be safe for soft wood like MDF but could rip the piece out of your hands if cutting plastic.


    I have more HDPE rings to cut. Some are under sized. I was going to try his technique. But just want to be safe. I've had some pieces fly out of my hands. The router bit could have grabbed my fingers.

    No because he’s working backwards so you can see the cutter so he slides it the opposite way to the way you’d go normally with the cutter pressed into the material between you and the bit, he is 100% going the correct way as he’s using the back of the cutter where he starts
