Cost: Free, of course!

is no set date for this yet, but I'm sure it will be in March/April.

Location:
The location will be at Todd's(Highly) in NW Okc.

Time:
From when the first person shows to when the last person leaves.

I decided(with a little help) to start this thread as there seems to be a fair amount of interest in it. There should be more than enough fantastic systems to demo, people to make fun of, I mean talk to and test equipment to make your head spin. Of course, I'll update this thread as needed. This will also be on Erin's g2g site soon.

Would the band guys be okay with my recording a little bit with my dual measurement mics? I've always wanted to record my own source music to try a different tuning technique.

Answering that would be premature at this point. First, the long list of things required to book a gig have to happen. I'm on step 1 of many so far, but if things get to that point I'll ask

I just got the front end aligned on my truck so might take the lowrider route. If you could see some of the washboarded gravel roads I run while pulling a boat you'd call me crazy. And I FLY down them to keep from being on gravel for hours driving slow! I do think we'll need name tags. I know several of y'all already but there will be some new faces as well. I'll be the stocky sawed off guy in the caj shirt and camo hat. And my truck will have mud on it if I don't get around to washing it

Feelers have been sent out to a few live acoustic musicians for the gathering.
Hoping for a 30-60 minute set during lunch.
No promises, but we'll see what comes of it
