Welcome aboard Jon! Many of us are "old timers" from DIYMA and elsewhere as well. I started back on the old Sound Domain forums many, many years ago...

Nice to see you over here Jon. I actually meant to call you a couple weeks ago to tell you about this place. Hope you and the family are going good.
They might say "don't try this at home" but nothing about not trying it at your friend's house.

HBSQ, I got the old chevy truck back from my father for the kids to wheel around in. just got finished putting an alpine sws15 in that same old box that was in there back in way back when. woofer actually seems decent. just have 4"s in the dash for now, so its a fight to get it to "blend" for lack of a better word, as that just isnt going to happen right with the descrepancy

Jon if you're talking about the latest generation of Type-S 15 that's a great sub for sq. I ran one for a short time and am going to attempt to do a clean console install with it in the near future. To my ears it's a straight up sq sub. Glad that old truck is still in the family. It tripped me out when you had that 12" d9 in there rearfiring. Just think what would of happened if it would have had a couple kw on it :eviltonge:I might get with you one day in the near future about hanging out for a day. Maybe get with the OKC guys for an old fashioned essque meet...more like a family reunion if you will. I miss the guys west of here.
