Yeah like my BMW with the Individual audio... they did a good job showcasing the drivers, the grills are just transparent enough to get a good look at the cones.

Those Uptopia's are so cool looking, I normally am a stealth install guy, but those almost need to be seen.

Also the Peerless arrived this morning, no issues, I like the creative isobaric shipping...

True stealth is always the top of the heap for classiness. Not "car-audio-type stealth", but "OEM-type stealth". Actually very hard to accomplish.

Let's agree to disagree. I like to hide my stuff. But, a bit of creative flare is welcome some time.

Hmm... Here is something interesting. I don't know anyone who has reviewed these yet.

These are not the MK1 listed for blow out sale on Woofers Etc. These are proper MK2 only available through authorized dealer networks. My dealer is pretty cool. More on that later. Oh, and there is an old school MD102 tweeter set added into the mix for comparison. I wanted to also try E430's but they are on a pretty long back order. Perhaps more on those this spring. For the time being let's focus on the Esotan MK2 offering. After unboxing I am impressed with build quality...






















I have a full set of Focal Utopia drivers in. However, I promised I would try these out first. So, VAMANOS!!! Let's go!!!\

Wow, those Esotan are nice. I considered those when first buying this Ram, but no one had really heard them yet and couldn't offer much opinion.

Those Utopia 3.5s look uber sexy - did you find a pair used and another new? Where are those going?

I have a 6.5" set of Utopias that I picked up used sitting around here - at least 15 years old now. Those were expensive back when only Rainbow might have offered a higher end set back then...

It's amazing how the new Utopia line makes the old stuff look like a set of 80s Pioneer speakers you'd find at a garage sale.
