Unacceptable! Those are way too perfect. You need to make new ones that are just average.

that 45 degree chamfer actually looks great man!!
Back in the skateboarding days, we'd spend hours trying one thing... Failing Failing Failing, until we got it.
But once in a blue moon, you'd screw up in a way where the board did something totally not what you were trying to do - but ended up upright, and you landed on it and rolled away, and your friends went "holy crap, that was awesome!" not even knowing that totally wasn't what you were going for.
We used to call that a happy accident.
So - this is an awesome happy accident. I think it looks better than the roundover!

Now comes the plastic part...
Imperfection shot for DavidRam The thin plastic panel was warped. Some tool grabbed it.
This turned out fine. However, I don't think the 1/4" thick material is going to work. In order to mount the amp and MOST25 adapter I need to counter-sink the amp board mounting screws. This will not work with 1/4" material. I need to go down at least 1/8" inch. This doesn't leave enough material to be mechanically strong. So, looks like tomorrow I copy this to a 1/2" sheet.

I'm starting to think my techniques are old school. I need to look into 3D printing like Phil.
