Helix, JL, Audiofrog, Focal Utopia M, Zapco, Alpine, JBL MS8

    Item: JL Audio TwK88
    Condition: Brand new in box
Price (shipping included in the US): $350
Thoughts: Great entry into DSP. Has all the essential features to get you started. Intuitive software and relatively easy to set up compared to other DSPs. The included remote knob is extremely useful and unique compared to other brands.

    Item: JL Audio 10W6v3-D4 Subwoofer
    Condition: Good
Price (shipping included in the US): $350
How was it used: Sealed box per manufacture spec
How long was it installed: 1 year
Thoughts: Great sounding sub with impressive output for a 10.

    Item: Alpine X-A90M Monoblock amplifier
Condition: Great. Does not come with box or beauty covers.
Price (shipping included in the US): $400
How was it used: Powered 2 15inch subwoofers in infinite baffle under a 2ohm total load.
How long was it installed: 6 months
Thoughts: Performed well as a sub amp. Reliable and clean output. 600w RMS at 4ohm. 900W RMS at 2 ohm.

Item: JBL MS-8 Upmixer (I have 2 for sale)
Condition: Good - still works. Some cosmetic dings.
Price (shipping included in the US): $300 (with accessories) - $200 without accessories
How was it used: This was used as an upmixer to convert 2 channel stereo signals into multi channel surround sound.
How long was it installed: 1 year
Thoughts: This unit is still the best upmixer on the market. It may not have the fine tuning capabilities of more modern DSPs, but the Logic7 algorithm still produces the most realistic multichannel system from commercially available DSPs. This unit also has an auto-tune function (headset microphone included). Must have for systems with a center channel.

Item: JL Audio XD600/1v2 Monoblock amplifier
    Condition: Excellent
Price (shipping included in the US): $400
How was it used: Powered a single 10 in sub in a sealed enclosure
How long was it installed: 3 months
Thoughts: Performs its duties perfectly as a sub amp. No issues. 400W RMS at 4ohm and 600W RMS at 2ohm. The power output seems underrated compared to other brands. Very small footprint and easy to install.

    Item: Alpine PDX-F4
Condition: Fair - missing cosmetic trim ring and has adhesive residue on top
Price (shipping included in the US): $200
How was it used: Powered rear speakers for rear fill
How long was it installed: 1 year
Thoughts: 100W RMS x 4 at 4 ohm. Never pushed this amp. Good sound quality in a small package.

    Item: Alpine PDR-F50
Condition: Good - Missing cover panel
Price (shipping included in the US): $175
How was it used: Powered a 2 way active midbass + tweeter combo
How long was it installed: 1 year
Thoughts: Did its job just fine. Good sound quality.

    Item: Alpine SA32F
    Condition: Brand new in box
Price (shipping included in the US): $175
Thoughts: Good entry level 4 channel amp
