    Helix DSP Help

Running high level into the base Helix DSP. Have 12v and ground going into it but it won’t turn on unless I shoot 12v into the remote in. The dsp won’t turn on and no remote out is generated. I don’t see any sort of switch inside the DSP to change the settings. 2019 F150 base system if that helps.

It has to have a remote wire to turn it on. Unless it has a signal sensing ability to turn it on.

Manual says that it creates one with high level.

    Re: Helix DSP Help

I suspect you will need to tell it to signal sense by temporarily adding 12v to the remote in and then running the helix software to set it to turn on by signal detection under the tab which is associated with input settings, I’ve never done this, but I think it’s doable, then as said you can use the remote out if presume to switch on the rest of the chain in the system
