My OCD would never let me keep that "new" Zapco unit. I'd return it asap and buy a Helix unit. Give Nick Apicella a call. He can hook you up. (or message him here @ SkizeR )

Zapco said the dsp would've never have been sent out like this from factory, so the Zapco dsp is being returned.
