Coronavirus fears hammer markets - how far will it go?

Most of Los Angeles schools are closed for a few weeks... Beach area schools where I am, until April 10th.

They just extended spring break here, no clarity for how long.

One of the 2 students got his/her lab report back and it was negative/good. The other student... still no news (turns out is from a different school and probably different doctor/lab too).

Now they’re reporting that all bars and restaurants here will be closed to inside dining until March 30th.

It's the end of the world as we know it!! Costco and the local grocery stores all ran out of fresh chicken. Is everyone making chicken soup or what!?

By now everyone knows the premarket crashed in the past few hours, about -5%, after the feds announced the interest rate cut by 1%. Rate should be somewhere 0% to 0.25%. (Little higher at the bank.)

Hot news is... a Kaiser's patient gets to try the virus vaccine tomorrow (first vaccine). Kaiser medical center in Washington state. Kaiser is a huge medical group in several western states. Probably experimental, but it's a vaccine.
