Here is the system, step by step:

1. Patient is admitted
2. Test for Covid
a. If positive, pump them full of sedatives (and/or strap them to a bed) so they don't know what the hell is going on
b. If they are negative send them to the Covid positive ward (to be infected), and sedate them
3. Once sedated, hook them up to the ventilator
4. Test again for Covid, if it still comes back negative, manually enter positive
5. Keep increasing the levels on the vent until the patient dies
6. Carry them out in a body bag, cause of death = Covid
