Helix Director custom logo/image size allowable

Perhaps somebody knows this off of the top of your head as I have tried searching for it with no luck at all. Plus I do not want to install and run the update software just to see the image upload size.

So if somebody knows it I would greatly appreciate the info, thanks a bunch

Go into your helix install folder. They provide a template to use. When I tried to create my own bitmap it still wouldnt work properly

when i changed the logo on my director, i lost all the settings and presets. that was in like 2017 though, maybe newer firmware have changed that behavior.

That's because you have to reinstall the firmware to load it
