My 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix has poor cabin heat. I've narrowed it down to an issue with the BCM not properly positioning the actuator. I was able to borrow a Tech II, and it shows that there is a large discrepancy in counts between the commanded position and the actual position. So is there a way to reprogram the BCM so that these counts match?

And while I have access to the Tech II, there are a couple of other changes I'd like to make. The tire pressure sender in one of my rims has failed, so I'd like to turn off the TPS warning. And I'd like to remove the speed limiter. So far I haven't figured out how to do either of these things either.
