I use one of these under the hood

and then either one of these
    https://www.bluesea.com/products/774...150_Fuse_Block
or these in the back depending on how many amps I'm running.

Stinger breaker under my hood currently. I’m told you’re better off with their marine versions for reliability.

I need 2 300 amp. I'm going to order the blue seas holders I think. Yes I know 300 Amps sounds like a ton. But 1 is for the HO alrernator that I dont need. And the other is feeding the distobution block inside the truck.

If you're running that XD1000/5v2, for that alone you would need an itty bitty fuse holder.. I think I ran an 80A because that fuse was in the drawer.. for two XD's.

Gotcha.. Yeah with the 150A running the Helix Pro-2, Zapco Z150.6LX and Z400.2LX, no issues.. I'll expect I have way more than I need.. Even a 100A would have likely been fine.

I should add, second battery at the amps has 100A inline fuse as well as smaller fuses to individual amps and DSP at the distribution block.

If I had the room I would go the route you took. But being a regular cab truck. I've already stuffed 100lbs of shit in a 1 lb bag. So I got a high output alternator and i upgraded my oem battery.

Even with all my amps if they were to run full bore. Its 260 amps of current draw. But the 3 amps are being ran at 4 ohm. I don't see me ever drawing over 100-120 amps. But I wanted to be safe
