I can only tell you what I saw man. I went to NYC, Vegas and Hawaii during the same trip. Those 3 together were nothing compared to CA. Maybe you're just used to it out there.

I've been all over the world and the states. I've never seen needles except in CA. Even in Amsterdam where it's really legal you only smell the weed in the red light areas. No needles and drugged out people

What do you want, pictures? I didn't take any. I was too much in shock. Lots of homeless in Honolulu (Waikiki) but not like CA. I didn't see any in Vegas and only saw 2 in NYC.
