If this was a big time republican, all the major news networks would be playing it every few hours if not more for days and they wouldn't question the authenticity of the accuser and the republican would be guilty - period. But with Joe, he's innocent until he can be proven guilty and there is a cover up by a major news organization [CNN] that could make Joe look bad.

Pal ease. The DNC has picked Biden. This will have no affect on his nomination. The fact the she made a complaint when it happened brings credibility to her accusation but it will mean nothing in the end. And it's really too bad because this kind of behavior should never go unexcused. If she was my sister I would have hunted him down and beat the living shit out of him...But this is Washington DC. Look at Clinton. He's a serial rapist and the democrats think he's the messiah. They don't care about this woman. I'm really shocked that people (men) do these things. And yes I realize republicans have too. I spent many years in the military and this type of thing would never be tolerated and if it happened in the Air Force they would make that persons life a living hell and do everything possible to destroy them before they kicked them out. Pretty crazy what people get away with in "civilian" life.
