New Build - 2019 JL Wrangler 2 door

I did my round overs and sanded the box to near perfect...

.75" on the top and bottom corners, and .25" all around.

Embedded the wires in the wood and filled with epoxy, and then a thin coat of black paint.

The lights.

I get that they’re lights but their orientation makes no sense so I was wondering what the plan was? I guess I’ll wait and see. Doing some minor adjustments to the dual GB12 ported beast tonight.

Feels a bit like a Clancy novel where it will snap into focus at the last second.

Like I said in an earlier post, it has become a little pet peeve of mine to even see the outline of the individual LED diodes in a strip... These lights will shine down onto the amps that will be staggered. After trying a few things, these random angles gave me a blur of light without any definition. A long, straight strip was the worst, it just screamed LED strip.

I know I'm killing you guys with the slow progress and inconsequential posts... I'm short on time, and when I do have time I get caught up and all ocd with little things. Lol

Maybe I'm in the minority but sometimes I think getting caught up in the little "OCD things" is the most satisfying.

That being said, I get that it definitely impedes my (and apparently your!) progress, haha. Looking forward to seeing this monster come together!

I have to agree with you... OCD doesn't help get the job done quickly, but it can help get some of the details done nicely AND drive everyone around you crazy!
