Thanks! I have had a time or two, where I applied the glue and just held a board in place to pop a finishing nail it, then somehow it's off by a 1/16" once the nails are in. Grrrrrr... And then my OCD goes through the roof!

When gluing panels, another trick is to hammer in a small finishing nail leaving it above the surface and then cut the nail at an angle, still leaving it above the surface. 3or 4 of these nails around a panel gives you the ability to initially line up the panels before pushing down and then, when you push down, the nails stop the panels from moving around. Covered in the section “No-slip Multiple Layer Glue Up”.

Glued and screwed the tee nuts in






I made the screw side holes smaller so the screw lines up easily with the nut when mounting the sub

Btw, I found a guy on eBay who will do custom sizes and cuts in acrylic and polish the edges, etc.

Thanks! I thought yours looked really good... The brace might be visible through the window, so it's a good thing it looks decent. I added the half round to the end of the port.
