If there is cancellation ( we are getting rid of wave off of rear of cone/diaphragm ). If we are combing signals in a 'node' , there is still that . Output will be less loud/lower , you might be able to hear a little more 'clarity' around transients ( sudden changes ). Next , up LowPass crossover by 20 hertz , if graph does not register increase in frequencies , beats me !

Grinder & Smitty are here , they will think of something .

Here we go. I appreciate all the suggestions. Definitely something kind of strange here. What do you guys think? Don't be shy.

I'm not sure how helpful these graphs will be, especially the last one, but let me know what you see and how you would address it. Thanks so much!!

Edit: Keep in mind the driver/passenger sides have had a little EQ as a whole (bringing down some high spots after summing them) so they were a touch flatter before that (no graphs)

Everything graph is best one to me .
Sub dropped decibels , but box appears to only play so high . Did you raise low pass to a hundred and down ?

Are you under lapping crossovers , if so try overlapping .

I agree, the box just doesn't play any higher. My crossovers are under lapping at the moment.

    Sub: 80, Woofs: 85-355, Mids: 365-3750, Tweets: 3850

I don't know why I keep them separated, must have heard it somewhere. I will play with overlapping them next time I'm playing in the truck. Thanks for the suggestion!

Sub & woofs should produce a bump in graph that is visible . The low end should be 'visceral' with that amount of output and the overall curve pleases you . . .

100% getting the opposite. Which I think is phase related. The only TA or phase adjustments made so far are from the tracerite calculator. I think my sub is delayed 3.07 or so. It sits directly behind the drivers seat. No phase adjustments though.

Everything sounds good to my ear but I'm still learning to use that too. Lol.

Edit: I get said bumps at my other crossover points.

You are seeing a predicted response , so that is good.
Will sub slide over to passenger side ? Prefer a sub on passenger side [ many do ]
If phase reversal on sub is possible , please try that ( switch wires if you have to , wherever you can get at them )

    Re: Tune #3

Unfortunately the box is 48x16x16 so it has nowhere to go. About 4.5 cubes tuned to 29. Port is on the passenger side firing back. About 3 inches of space between port and wall. The graph I have shows that the sub should easily play to 80 - maybe I fucked up the build?

I will definitely try swapping polarity or switching phase the next chance I get. Always appreciate the time and suggestions.

Turn that puppy over , after you pull it out , then re-insert it with port behind driver !

Phase reversal should cause and up where you have a down , you are doing great !

    Re: Tune #3

Thanks Queef! I will try that ASAP. Here is the graph I received when I got the box designed. Needless to say - not quite the same. Lol.

I guess the pics won't load. Oh well. Its a pretty straight line all the way to 80. ;-)
