These were great subs back in the 90's & still sound good today. I put an SPL10 in my wife's(then girlfriends) car many years back. Ran off the sub channel a 5ch SS amp it sounded great in it's little sealed box(around 1cu'). Old supervisor had a pair of SPL160's in a 94 Cougar as well with a Ref 1000 on each. Was awesome.
