Yes , polyfil/acoustistuf can make box appear up to 1/3 bigger.
Designing a ported box tuned to 28 hZ will be good .

    Re: Kenwood KAC 7204 AMP

So for example, I have a sealed box thats tuned at 38hz. Each chamber volume is 1.2 cuft. The sub will fill up .5 cuft of that and I will have .7 cuft for the sub to work with. This would not be good because my box would categorize as a large box and My net air space around the same as the gross air space that's tequires for optimized performance. Are u following me or am I confusing the shit outta you lol?

    Re: Kenwood KAC 7204 AMP

    Sealed boxes just are.
    Ported boxes are "tuned".

Our ie box (intended example) is . .
    Three cubic feet.
    1) sub displaces , along with bracing 1 cu ft.
2)our gross of (3 cu ft) minus one cu ft equals (2 cu ft) .
    3) how do we get back upto one-third , or a cubic foot ?

I will stuff it with acoustistuf until it plays lower notes .
How do we test it ? Apps might have a tone generator !
So from our gross volume of 3 cu ft , we have 2 cu ft left ( or ,net volume) and by stuffing it we can get back upto one third of our three cubic foot box.(or 1 cu ft).

Connect ea sub in series . Then with both subs wired til a dimm measures 7-8 ohms ( not 2-3 ohms) we connect the subs in parallel ( both of them to the amp ) . Our Digital Multi Meter will measure ?

( 2 ohms or closer to two than eight ohms )

    Re: Kenwood KAC 7204 AMP

The volume of this box was measured 1.2 cubic feet but for some reason this little nook wasnt included. It was written on the inside of the box when I bought it. Why is that and what should I do with it?

How am I to parallel subs in a sealed box? How does this work? Wires have to run from one sub to another but the chambers are sealed between them
