This weekend’s project, sub enclosure. To build it I used SMD SunFlash so it would cure in cold temperatures.

Figuring out airspace. Right at 1.1 ft^3.

    Bike still fits!

Nice work on the a-pillar with bondo. Looks easier to work with than fiberglass. Will keep that in mind.

Thanks. I used fiberglass as a first layer to fill in all the holes. After that was bondo since it really didn’t have to be that thick.

Same plastic end, but different barrel... I looked too, but couldn’t find any with the grooves cut around the base, very similar style end though, if not the same with a different barrel

look a very compact plug compared to the reans I used for my home brew RCA’s... the only downside I see to those is the lack of shielding present on the run between plugs... however I can honestly say I’ve never picked up noise in an install bar once or twice when I had... ironically... a damaged rca lead or a blown pico fuse on a pioneer 👍🏼 I will however be knocking some up exactly like those with silver plated copper to see if I can hear any difference to my van Damme/rean combo I currently have kicking about 👍🏼

    Re: Altima Coupe SQ build

I only had a few hours to work on the car yesterday but I made a little progress.

Ever covered panels when it was so cold that the glue froze?

    Amps mounted using security screws.

JL twk 88 and Mosconi DSP AMAS 96K. Twk mounted with security screws. Mosconi will be “mounted” with Velcro.

    Fuse and distribution blocks.

Hopefully I’ll be starting cover panels next weekend weather permitting.

If the glue is freezing , heat is necessary or doing it over is an option ?

It seemed to work okay. There weren't any really complicated pieces. These panels aren't as critical as others will be.
