Justin Zazzi and I (Doug Dobson will also be there) are going to the cars and coffee event at 8:30 am. It lasts until 10pm. We are going to grab lunch/coffee close by once we are done looking at all of the pretty cars.

Side note: For anyone from Phoenix, Justin and I are trying to get a same time same place monthly meetup for all of us sound quality friends. Example: Second Wednesday of the month at some restaurant at 6pm.
What day works best for you? Weekend or weekday is good.
I know I can't do Tuesday or Thursday because I teach college classes those nights.

I will throw this out for anyone else interested in the Phoenix Area.

We are doing some how to use REW to tune a DSP at my house this weekend around 2:30pm. I am by no means an expert on tuning but I would say I can get results with REW. The after REW and by ear tuning part is where I struggle.

I know Chris will be there as he is the one that really wants to learn. Justin will also be there but he is coming just to hang out, not to give a lecture on tuning.

If you are interested, PM me for my address. Not going to post that here.... I will say I live in Goodyear so you know the general location of where you will have to travel to.

I agree. A lot of different things figured out yesterday. Seeing Chris's success with REW was cool. Figuring out dc offset and how to fix it was cool too. Re-learning how to use a fancy o-scope was also fun!

To both of you, thank you so much for taking me down the REW path! I still have a long ways to go before I'll feel comfortable using this new tool, but the progress I made is leaps and bounds beyond what I expected prior to meeting up. Using an O-scope for the first time too was quite the experience! I can see myself now tinkering for quite sometime being that I like things to be as perfect as possible.

Stopping to break for some yummy BBQ was definitely a highlight!

Next time, I promise it won't take 10 hours...it was too late of a night. You two are definitely troopers!
