    Well now that thing literally looks exactly like the concept you drew up after asking for ideas back on DIYMA. VERY NICE work David and excellent attention to detail. I’m wondering how it sounds and how did you seal the acrylic to the plywood?

    Thanks! It's not finished and assembled yet... The acrylic will be held to the wood with nine M5 bolts and sealed with speaker gasket tape.

    The perforated aluminum mimics the port in size and angle, and the feet that will go on the back will continue that line...

    I don't know what you do for a living, but if it's not in the car-audio-related fabrication field, you are in the wrong field! :-)

    You do some truly awesome work, my friend!

    I consider it an accomplishment if I put carpeting over the boards I install my equipment onto and actually bolt stuff down....

    A few years ago, I built an amp rack for fun and it would go quite well with this box!
