Thread: DIYMA reboot

    DIYMA reboot

I was 04quadcab on DIYMA. I have not been active on those forums in months, I returned to find that not much has happened. I am not so much a refugee as a reboot. I started posting my projects on Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/c/diyaudioguy) and am updating my user name to reflect the life change.

Welcome. Hey, you're in Tennessee. You should drive south a bit and come to Al's meet next month in Bama
They might say "don't try this at home" but nothing about not trying it at your friend's house.

I remember you from that other forum, you urged me to do the same about a year ago and you gave me some great advice for the front stage in my old Ram. I just installed that front stage and I am working on the tuning.

You should come on down. Several people will be there to help you tune

Yeah, plenty of good knowledge will be there but not so many people that they're busy the whole day doing other stuff. This is where I feel like the smaller meets really shine for anyone that might be needing help that will take more than a couple minutes to hash out.

Welcome to the best mobile audio forum on the interweb! Nice videos too, pretty great that you are pursuing that avenue. Excellent information and clarity to your installation including in them!
    Are you not entertained?!?!

I appreciate the positive feedback. The videos are far from perfect, I try to improve a little with each one. I have not been happy with the audio, but I just figured out that my mic was turned around backwards. So hopefully the audio will get a lot better.
