...Is it worth the time/expense to you? Can't say, however I can say it is the "icing on the cake" for me AFTER getting the best front stage I can without rears.

I'm also a single cab truck guy and figured rearfill would be a waste. Might see about doing it at some point in mine but don't have the amp or processing power right now. Well I have the processing power but it would mean my cdsp8x12 would have to go back in and I'm quite fond of my Helix dsp.2.

It's one of those things that can also royally screw things up for you if not done correctly. In my Grand Cherokee it worked great. Haven't tried it in my single cab Ram but after discussing it with someone I would consider very knowledgeable on this topic we decided it wasn't worth the time or money. Most if not all of the people who think running rears is bad just haven't heard them used correctly whether it be somewhat fullrange or L-R. Again, this is a case by case basis.

l-r rearfill is something you'll only benefit from if you do it correctly. Yes it's worth trying IF AND ONLY IF you have the right tools and knowledge to do it correctly....When I was planning my build I decided that it wasn't worth it for my system goals...

So let me get this straight...Marv says he tried it in his single-cab pickup, and had success. HBSQ says he didn't try it in his truck, but acknowledges that it could sound good if done properly.

It sounds to me like they are both telling the truth

I`ll give you that Al, now about the case-by-case digital signal processing only working in a Cherokee (come the fuck on) "only in the south! Time alignment will work in all cases (you don`t have to wonder about what vehicle to buy).

There are only 2 cases where I`d buy a Cherokee ! If I was an indian or was going to use an 8x12 DSP I bought off Sound Quality Hillbilly, that only align time in Cherokees`
