Clarion digital audio

Has anyone seen this stuff from clarion? And the price? Its about $1k for the processor and 2 tweeters. $700 for the mids only and about $600 for the sub. Any idea how much relative wattage output there is?

This stuff was just recently released. The only chatter I've seen on it is erinh bought the NX706 headunit with the digital out and quickly returned it because of poorly designed and laggy user interface.
