    Yeah it's amazing how many little extra sundry goodies you find yourself needing for this hobby.

    So the subject of those ferrules is.... Did ya crimp em prior to install and set screws or no? That whole cold-weld debate.

    you don't crimp. the set screw of the amp/distro block, etc. does the crimping. What I REALLY liked about them, especially for amp +/- wires was that you don't have to deal with fraying the ends when you go to put them into whatever socket they are going in. And if you ever remove one, it goes back in just as easy, unlike a raw wire end that once it gets 'smashed' by the set screw has a hard time going back in cleanly.

    New wiring looks great and I'm digging the use of the wire ferrules. Nice work!

    Completely agree. Makes it much cleaner and easier- not to mention a better, stronger connection in my experience.
